Jennette Everett is genuine.  Describing Jennette in one word is difficult, because I admire her for so many reasons.  But above all, Jennette is completely 100% genuine.  When Jennette makes a commitment, she sees it through.  When she listens, she listens openly to learn and understand.  When Jennette is your partner or your friend, you're Thelma and Louise.  It's an unspoken understanding that we're in it until the end.  Together.  Jennette never claims to be anything she's not.  Because Jennette has the confidence to be herself, you can trust that she's competent, reliable, kind, efficient, brilliant, and lights up the room.  And it's real.

I've had the best luck to know Jennette as a neighbor, friend, and partner in volunteer work for the last six years.  She's persisted through numerous life challenges, celebrated milestones and accomplishments, and I'm excited to see her pursue instructional design as a career.  Despite being the most well traveled, well educated, and most capable, she makes me feel like I'm important when we're together.  Jennette genuinely cares about people.  She uses all available resources to fulfill responsibilities, including her creativity and tenacity.  She's never packing any personal agenda, grudge, or preconceived notion that most of us mere mortals allow to influence our interactions and decisions.  On any team with any assortment of people, Jennette emerges as the thought leader and emotional north star.  You can trust that Jennette will devote herself 100% to any project and the outcome will reflect her integrity.

Jennette Everett is one of the smartest and most resourceful people I have had the privilege of knowing for the past twenty years.  She is the sharpest tool in the shed.  I first met Jennette when she began working as an intern on a film I was producing in the Texas Panhandle called What Matters Most back in 2000.  I recognized her tenacious talent right away and moved her up through the ranks as far and fast as I could on a Million Dollar Project.  As many people would tell you I fondly referred to her as "the one we will all be working for someday."

Not only have we been lucky enough to work together on several other projects over the course of the years but also I have been lucky enough to ask for and received her professional counsel any time I asked.  Her thoughts and advise as an unbiased outsider from a project on more than one occasion helped me navigate and balance the creative needs with the inevitable restrictions of budget and time most films run up against.

Jennette Everett is a supportive, loving, kind, compassionate and business savvy woman.  She is a woman that not only utilizes her authority but also takes responsibility for her actions.  Jennette and I worked on the Lifetime movie of the week What Matters Most in Vega Texas.  She was hardworking, diligent, discerning, considerate and constantly demonstrating professionalism in all matters.

Jennette Everett is a hard worker, kind, calm under pressure, responsible, friendly, and a good communicator.  She and I currently work together on the administrative team at Austin Discovery School.  As such we each are responsible for different parts of running the school and coordinate our tasks and information very often.  Something I particularly value and appreciate about Jennette is that I do not need to follow up with her; if she says she will do something I know it will be done.

Jennette is kind.  Jennette is also a very creative person.  She has taken many amazing photos and set up many events that capture that creativity.  She is very dedicated to the task at hand and often goes above what is required to make it the best she can.  We worked together on staff at our college newspaper.

Jennette is tenacious.  I hired Jennette as an AfterCare worker when I was the COO of a small charter school: Austin Discovery School.  I quickly recognized her potential to lead the team and offered her the Director position.  She brought so much insight, organization, beauty and structure to the program that had not existed before.  We both always knew she was over-qualified for the position, but regardless she took it seriously and grew the program tremendously, which amounts ultimately to more total revenue for the school.  Her loyalty, dedication, attention to detail and honesty and integrity is why I would pick her for any job if I could!

Jennette Everett is effective!  Jennette and I worked together at Austin Discovery School where we were tasked with the challenge of creating a new afterschool enrichment program.  The timeline felt tight for creating an entirely new program, however we worked together seamlessly and were able to put together an amazingly organized income-generating lineup, within budget, and well within the timeline.  I can honestly say, that everyday working with Jennette was a total pleasure as she was so personable, as well as reliably productive.  I want to work with her again!

Jennette Everett is the next best thing since a french pastry...and the best thing that ever happened in AfterCare.  I was Jennette's supervisor for 2 years at Austin Discovery School before I left.  Jennette was catapulted in a rocky department and with little to no supervision and she transformed it in a stable, solid, compliant yet creative department.  All her supervisors, coworkers and staff appreciate and are inspired by her dedication, hard work, calm, ethic, constance, resourcefulness, willingness to help and caring and generous temperament.  I have learned a lot with Jennette and would love to work with her on my team in any capacity.

The adjective I would choose to describe Jennette Everett is 'inspiring'.  My association with her began in 2000 when we worked on an Independent Movie production.  I was the associate producer on the film.  I knew at that time she was someone special.  Her talents are unlimited and when she sets a goal for herself, you can be sure she will attain, and surpass, it.  She inspires me to keep reaching.

Jennette is inspiring and Amazing.  Jennette and I worked together on multiple occasions.  She is the person you will drop everything to work with again and again.  She not only taught me skills for the music industry (specifically in relation to ticketing, event planning, customer service, and the touring world logistics) but taught me how important it is to remain calm under pressure, properly manage time, and to always keep your client's true needs in mind.  Her constant passion, professionalism, and dedication to everything that she does is inspiring.

Jennette Everett is one of the most impeccable human character people I have ever met.  Jennette and I met in college.  We worked on many projects at that time.  Since graduation in 2001, Jennette is one of the few people I have stayed in regular contact with due to her being, well, simply amazing.  She is trustworthy, honest, caring and one of the people I thank God for everyday that has been placed in my life.

Jennette Everett is loyal.  I had the absolute privilege of working with Jennette in several capacities during our tenure together as students at West Texas A&M University.  Even still, after a 20-year career spanning 5 industries, I have never worked with a more hard-working, efficient, and self-motivated person.  Jennette has the ability to focus on multiple tasks at once while delivering precise and well thought out results.  If given the opportunity, I would work with Jennette again at any time in any role she was interested in, as I am confident that she would be successful at anything she decides to pursue.

Jennette Everett is loyal.  Jennette hired me in 2016 and has been the best boss I've ever worked with.  It is amazing working under her.  She consistently motivates me to be a better person.  Her drive and work ethic are truly inspiring.  She always ensured that her staff was taken care of and had the resources/training necessary to foster a safe and educational environment for students from kinder through 8th grade.  Her top priorities were always the children and her staff, and I know without a doubt, that her strong and compassionate leadership is what made the last four years I have spent working with Jennette the happiest I've ever been!

Jennette Everett is sincerely caring; heart-forward!  Jennette is brilliant at managing the many variables of both schedules and people seemingly without missing a beat to get things accomplished!  She is there to ensure everyone is taken care of as needed while handling delicate and the occasional intense situations with confidence and concern.  I had the pleasure of working with her as a volunteer as an officer of the PTO for my son's school and would welcome the opportunity to work with her again.

Jennette Everett is zealous.  She is a trusting individual who is diligent in assigning the right people where they are needed, but rotated them when others need a break.  A leader who works with you and accommodates the needs of the job to her subordinates.  She reflects quality needed in a leader in order to maintain the needs of the business while at the same time keeping her crew happy.
